Born in Tokyo, Yoko Furosho moved to New York to study illustration at the School of Visual Arts, from which she graduated this year.
She now works as a freelance artist and is in growing demand for her sumptuous and elaborate illustrations.
She holds her first solo show on 31st July at Destination NY and is one of the artists featured from 22nd to 29th August in a group show at Coo Gallery New York.
Her clients include Vain magazine, and her intriguing art works have appeared in a number of exhibitions.
