Drawing attention to her cows.

Miina Äkkijyrkkä aka Liina Lång (born July 2 1949 in Lapinlahti, Finland) is an artist, sculptor, and designer - but she is also a protector of Finncattle, the native Finnish dairy breed.

Despite being acclaimed in contemporary galleries around the world, she remains a passionate voice for the rural life, espousing simpler values at every chance she gets.

Celebrated Finnish photgrapher and artist Juha Metso took this photograph.
