Stella McCartney's crystal horse.

Fashion designer Stella McCartney is an avowed animal lover and has often used the silhouette of a horse in her textiles and clothing.

This crystal "chandelier" installation was originally created by the fashion designer back in 2004 for a special exhibit at Northumberland's Belsay Castle, and was recently returned there for the Easter Holidays.

Nicknamed 'Lucky Spot', the piece is a jewelled curtain of thousands of Swarovski crystals shown hanging from the ceiling of the Castle's Great Hall.

Belsay Castle and Belsay Hall are the centre of an estate that has belonged to the Middleton family since the thirteenth century.
