Our picture doesn't really do justice to this carved pot (a Levitated Apples favourite) by the potter who drew all the attention at the recent Lacombe Arts Fair.
Teresa Wyss was a new exhibitor at the April 19th show, displaying a range of work that extended from meticulously wrought tableware to highly creative bowls and sculptural pots in a wide variety of glazes.
You can find constantly-updated examples of her work on her website - probably a lot easier than finding the artist herself, since she maintains a strict studio discipline to explore her inexhaustible flow of ideas.
