Chinese artist Zheng Chunhui has created the world's longest wooden carving out of a single piece of timber.

A famous wood carver, he has spent four years creating this wooden masterpiece which is a copy of a famous painting.

The intricate work features boats, bridges, buildings and even fine hundred and fifty individually carved people.

This enormous carving is historically significant because it shows the day-to-day lives of rich and poor people in ancient China. It is more than twelve metres long.

It's said that the beauty of Zheng's work cannot be expressed in words. You just have to see it for yourself.
